COVID-19 Store Protocols
As the impact of the COVID-19 virus continues, we are doing our part to ensure employee and customer safety, with minimal business interruption. This means that we will be following the safety protocols enforced by the government of the city of Toronto. Therefore, we will be following covid safety protocols. This means that we will only be allowing 2 customers in the store at a time. All customers must be wearing a mask to enter and remain in the store, even if you are fully vaccinated. We will be accepting cash, debit, and credit.
We will still be taking appointments as a means of better controlling customer flow. Appointments will also allow you to better manage your own time and ensure that you are attended to when you need it.
To reschedule or cancel, simply notify us via phone or email as soon as possible. We must have a minimum of 24hrs notice for rescheduling and/or cancellation.
IMPORTANT PUBLIC NOTICE
Our staff work tirelessly to service your every need to the best of their abilities. They have the right to be treated with respect and dignity at all times. Therefore, Abusive language and/or threatening behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated. If you are deemed to be behaving inappropriately you will be asked to leave the premises and may be reported to the police. Please treat others the way you wish to be treated
