Appointments will be available on Mondays to Saturdays from 11:00am to 5pm.

Please note that all pricing for repairs and custom designs vary depending on the piece.

Note: Items will be sent to our workshops for repair, can take up to 2-3 weeks for completion, payment is required at drop-off. We will call when repair is done and pickup will be arranged.

Custom Jewelry Appointments

All custom jewelry work will be conducted via email and/or phone correspondence. Deposits, pickups, and/or product viewing will be conducted in-store.

What material do you want?
What is your budget?
What is the piece for? (IE. birthday, wedding, anniversary, Christmas etc.)
Is it for everyday use or special occasions?
Will you be providing any material? (ie. stones, metals etc.)

Note: Please provide reference photos before your scheduled appointment, if possible. 50% deposit is required for all custom work.

Buying and Selling Gold Appointments

Make sure that all items you seek to sell are present
Must provide photo ID
