Totally normal. White gold is actually yellow gold mixed with white alloys, and then dipped in a bright white metal called Rhodium. Over time, that rhodium plating wears off. As part of our white gold jewelry maintenance, we can polish and re-dip your ring to make it look brand new and bright white again. We recommend doing this once a year.

Yes, we can. Gold chain repair and soldering is one of our most common jobs. We use a torch or laser at our workshop to reconnect the links so it’s strong again. However, if a chain is hollow or extremely worn out, we might suggest replacing it, as it will just keep breaking in different spots. We’ll always be honest about whether it’s worth fixing.

Don't panic! We have special tools for safe ring removal to cut rings off without hurting you. And don’t worry about the ring—because we are manufacturers, we can repair the cut and size it correctly for you once your finger swelling goes down.

We recommend coming in every 6 months for a "check-up." It’s free and takes two seconds. We check to make sure the claws holding your diamond haven't been pulled back or worn down. It is much cheaper to repair a diamond setting than to replace a lost diamond!

Absolutely. We offer a "Trade-In & Upgrade" service. We can assess your old gold or diamonds and apply that value directly as a credit toward a new purchase. It is the most cost-effective way to trade in gold for jewelry that you will actually wear!

Yes. This is one of our favorite things to do. We can take your grandmother’s old broken chains or dated rings, melt the gold at our workshop, and use your diamonds to create a modern piece. It’s a great way to start your custom jewelry design project while keeping the sentimental value.

It’s a collaboration. First, we sit down and sketch out your ideas or look at pictures you like. Then, we create a 3D computer model (CAD) so you can see exactly what it will look like. Once you approve that, our team casts it, sets the stones, and finishes your custom engagement ring by hand.

Yes. Our jewelry appraisals for insurance are done by our expert appraiser at our workshop. Because we want to be thorough, we do not do these "while you wait." The process generally takes 2 to 5 days, and you will receive a detailed document perfect for insurance purposes.

Lab-grown diamonds are created in a facility. When comparing lab-grown vs natural diamonds, lab stones are significantly less expensive, while natural diamonds hold their resale value better. We sell both and are happy to show you the difference side-by-side.
